Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Zenkai Code's services at zenkaicode.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

Zenkai Code provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency integrations
• Technical consulting and strategy

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, all custom code, designs, and intellectual property created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies remain the property of Zenkai Code.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month
• Project-based work requires 50% upfront payment
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Limitation of Liability

Zenkai Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and source code for paid services.
